I don't think any of the votes are counted; it's just a thread where people list their favourite presenter(s) and programmes.
For me that's Katie Derham and the ITV News programmes that she presents.

The BBC News website deserves a mention as a stalwart of news provision - it does a great job (though it's difficult to see how a commercial site could compete with it).
