Fancy her, do you?
If she's anything to do with ITV he does...
You are too funny!
I'm only joking pad. I certainly prefer your optimism to certain Boy's scepticism.

The Zimbabwe thing on BBC News has been catapulted in to make them look more "worthy", when in reality on any other night, they'd be leading with Diana too, as does the BBC News website.
The irony is that ITV has recently been the main broadcaster bringing us exclusives with the developments in Zimbabwe. If I remember correctly a previous rebranding at ITV a few years ago led with Zimbabwe.

Looks amazing but the news content is still pretty tabloidey, ITV's got a Diana 'special' and the Beeb's got a special on Zimbabwe. Quite possibly a spoiler I know but still pretty telling.

A bit unfair. It's quite obvious a lot of brave work by Simpson has gone into this report. All for the best if News At Ten's competition brings us more excellent journalism like this.

... but there's no hint of matching any part of the current local/evening news look
News at Ten always had its own branding. It never used to look, sound or feel anything like the other News programmes on ITV (ITN).

It seems that all graphics contained within reports have a News at Ten dark blue theme - good levels of consistency.

Everyone else seems to be allowed their opinion on this without getting slated for it - and some even share some of my criticisms too. If you disagree with what I say make your point - but don't just attack me for posting my opinion.
Having rewound and rewatched the titles, they're not much better on second viewing - but the studio looks better on screen. The opening sweep looks fantastic.
(don't worry - I'll turn it into a negative and point out it makes the studio for other bulletins look even worse!)
Like the over shoulder window shots too - and good to see the News at Ten sign-off back. I think that more than anything does shows how ITV News has changed back to it's more traditional bulletin format with the loss of the news channel.
Also like the screens for the live links, but not keen on the live dog.
I think this is probably the first time I've seen Trevor co-host a bulletin.

Julie has slotted in nicely already. It already seems like she has been on ITV for a while ...
Brekkie Boy, are you pleased with anything ITV do? Yes I know you like the straps but do you like much else?
