Well by what she said to Trevor after they'd finished the 'and finally', I'd not put it past her!
I did like tonight's 'and finally' - it was a nice oddball story, and Patrick Moore can be quite funny when he wants to.

A real screen draped in a green cloth?

Does anyone know how it was achieved as she seemed to be pressing pretty hard, and could see what she was pressing.
Was she pressing the wall itself and using the rear projection, but then how did they trace the line of her finger circling - it was very well achieved though.

LOL, yes that was rather amusing. "Take me to your leader"
I can honestly say that was the first time I've ever seen Trevor banter on air!
I wasn't entirely sold on the touch screen. It just looked a bit fake and to be honest, her costant gesticulating distracted me from what she was saying. I think it would have been better if the gallery had just controlled the presentation and Julie could have just spoken and would therefore have moved her arms less. Sort of like they do on BBC News. That said, I suppose it is something a bit different.

I don't think this was Richard Bath - the guy in this clip has a deep voice, Bath did not.

He definitely was doing new voiceovers for the Red and Blue era, as proven here:

I concur. Nice gimmick, and the only intriguing thing for me was how they managed to do it and make it look convincing.
Plenty of companies use touch-screens in presentations, so why not have a real one, if they must use it at all.
I'd rather Julie just do a presentation with the images behind her if she really has to stand up.

They both lead with the market story. News at Ten mentioned the death of Ledger with an orange Breaking News banner, and had a report on Amy Winehouse, whereas the BBC made a brief mention as "News Just In" with no caption. Not sure if they showed a report on Winehouse.

Did the BBC News at Ten lead with the Heath Ledger story or show any of the Amy Winehouse video?

I've also uploaded last night's 'And finally...' to YouTube if anyone missed it. The clip includes the ITV National Weather at the end so it'll give you a chance to see the sponsor stings we get here in Northern Ireland.
