Brilliant!* Bloke who did it told Nick Robinson (I think) that he couldn't speak to him because he's now the subject of a police investigation! Very Happy

(which is what Murdoch Jr has been saying when asked tricky questions)

*or possibly not that brilliant because that'll now be the main talking point of any headlines, rather than anything of actual substance that may have been said to the committee, but at least it was more exciting

I've just looked at his Twitter page. It's interesting, I just refreshed the page every couple of seconds, his followers went from 1700 to 4000 in seconds, but then bizarrely went back down to 1300, almost as if people who liked him abandoned him... It's currently on 4300 and changes by a few hundred up and down every time you refresh the page. Bizarre.

Possibly load-balancing on twitter's part - some servers have updated with the current number of followers, but not all have. I don't know much about how the back-end of twitter works, but I do know it's not the most robust of systems...

CNN-US has left CNN Intl (just caught Richard Quest do the handover).

Fox is still taking Sky News in sound and vision (although they keep moving the picture around to accommodate all the graphics).

BBC News cut away from Brooks' questioning to report Neil Wallis advised Coulson before the election.

Sky reporting it on screen now from "Sky Sources".

May be worth mentioning that the Daily Politics stayed on air to 6pm.

I wonder why they ended at 6pm. There is nothing topical in the schedule until 9pm so they could have quite easily carried on until the end, which I imagine will be well before 9pm.
