Title sums this thread up.

Explain your reasons why you dislike the channel's presentation you choose.

EDIT: Gah, why didn't Sky News come up?

I can't change it now. Well I doubt anyone would choose it :p

I vote Sky News. They forget that even in 4:3 you still need some safe areas. On my TV I cannot see most of the scrolling ticker.

Yes definitely Sky News. ITV News and (although it pains me to admit it) News 24 both have pretty smart graphics, but Sky's look chunky and horrid. Not for much longer though hopefully!

I voted for ITV news, their graphics are pretty dull, and personally I don't like the blue and yellow, the studio is awful too as well as a lot of the presenters.

BBC News 24 graphics wise is better, more functional and professional, if not a little big and obstructive sometimes.

Sky News in it's current graphics format is also a little bit obstructive and crud. But the presentation of the news is better so balances it out. But no doubt their graphics will improve vastly in a few months.

The ITN News Channel (c.2000) was very modern and sleek looking. It's main downfall was the lack of content, but it looked damn good nonetheless.

i agree. the only thing i dont think is that the content was fine, it was just a source of headlines, as british CNN Headline News, it wasnt suppose to have programes.

but it was much easier to watch then the ITV NC!!!

It did look better, and also had more potential as a credible news channel, if not a little boring.
