Channel 4 News tonight is being billed as 'Channel 4 News: Countdown to the Paralympics' - will it come from the normal studio at ITN, or the Olympic Park?

ITV News at 6.30 is also from Westfield and BBC London News from what I think is Lund Point?

Edit: Looking more closely, it appears BBC London have the former 1, 6 and 10 studio next to to the weather balcony.

The Sports Bully handovers on the News channel are coming from the News channels/National News Olympic studio.

Will the News channel be doing splits, much like during the main games?

Nope. London are in B, the old World studio, and where they were at 1830 during the Olympics.

The world sofa has gone, around the world for a World Debate show.

Alex Thompson in the studio, Krishnan at the Olympic park. Oooh, and there's a little multicoloured thing on the name strap, using the colours from the Paralympic logo.

I wonder if they will use that just Channel 4 News or it's something that will be used for the coverage.

Ooh, it would appear the Channel 4 version of Huw Edwards is Krishnan, as he's at the Olympic Park, talking about the Opening Ceremony.

Thrilling. Out of interest (and this is a serious question) do you have a diary where you note these down or do you ever refer back to these threads to see which presenter presented when? Or is it just a case of MUST.... POST.... SOMETHING.......... ?

Thanks.

Let me rephrase:

I was pleased that BBC World had a relatively senior anchor LIVE on location for the Paralympics and that the story was quite high up on the news agenda. After the wall to wall coverage the Olympics got, I was a bit concerned that the Paralympics would have been relegated to the bottom of the list, or even completely ignored.

And no, I don't refer back to these threads and I don't just post something for the sake of it. I didn't realize it was a crime to post here.

Oh well see that makes much more sense. I'd just read your initial post as one of those awful "look someone is presenting the news, lets write their name down lulz" posts that litter the forum, which I'm sure you'll agree have a tendency to be very annoying.

It's very easy to get confused. Sad

But yes, having read your post as it was meant to be read, it is nice to see Lund Point back in use again for the Paralympics. Are you still currently in the UAE btw? What sort of coverage are the games getting over there compared to the Olympics?
