I agree - I said as much in the other thread. ISTR that when his appointment was first announced, it was said that he'd only be in Washington for a year. And it seems like they've basically brought back JT's old slot.
This sounds quite an interesting development. I wouldn't mind giving 'Sky News at Six' a try if Mark Austin in the main presenter.
This is a welcome development.
It has missed the more heavyweight authoritative likes of Andrew Wilson and Jeremy Thompson in the early evening 6pm slot.
