New set on the way for Scotland Today?

I noticed Louise White presented tonight's Scotland Today from the newsroom.

It's 3 years since the last refresh - I wonder if a new look to the programme is being constructed?

Its Reporting Scotland that could do with a major new look. By 2006, those opening title graphics will be 7 years old!!

interesting if they are it will be similar to itv plc regional....north tonight might be in line for a new set in early Jan. too.x

Oh should be interesting. With the new red logo appearing in the graphics, it doesn't really make sense with another purple version.

I'll check at 10.50pm and see if it's back to normal.

Hmm, maybe Scottish is considering the new ITV look. One can only hope.

doubt it will befully itvplc regional as the set is also used for at least 2 other programmes - not that that would be a problem...however nothing would surprise me....it may be a fully new look to tie in with uk-wide update of itvplc grfx - but this takes place on 16/01/06 whereas st is back fully on the air on 09/01/06....

I would have thought that Scotland Today would have been put on hold until the move to the new studios.

As I said in a previous thread....North Tonight are also due a makeover.....I wonder if they will go for the same look??

isn't it only in the summer they move? if you remember BBC MT moved the couch n table set to the mailbox.....

So do you know for sure that North Tonight will be refreshed??

Were they in the newsroom this morning on GMTV.....it looked and sounded like a studio??
