New Presenter Line Up Complete?

Judging by changes that have recently been made to the profiles on the BBC News website, it seems the line-up will be the following.

Dermot Murnaghan and Sian Williams (Susannah Reid will most likely join breakfast when Sian is on maternity leave)
Bill Turnbull and Kate Silverton

Yes, I would like that too. In fact, Simon would also be good as the new cover on the 10 (after Fiona), considering Darren will now be doing the one twice a week.

I take it that Mishal will be back on Breakfast as soon as her maternity is over?
And I thought Susanna Reid had left!

And who will replace Kate on News 24?

I would imagine that Kate would share her shift on News 24 with the likes of Liz Pike and Rachel Schofield.

Which part of the website did you look at to make these conclusions? It looks largely feasible, apart from Kate on the 6:00 News - I can't imagine that happening really.

Well, the profiles site still shows the old lineup. And I can't see any news about this on the biographies page of the press office. So where did you get that information from?

Press Office : Natasha moves to Six; Sohpie gets the one; Sian gets breakfast

On Air Announcements : Moira moves to weekends

Based on past arrangements : Kate Silverton takes the 6 as second female (as was the arrangement when the '03 six started, with Bill and Sian being second presenter for both Breakfast and the Six).

Newspaper : Sophie will work 3 days; with Darren (presumably) doing two

Okay, but then I think your conclusions concerning the Six might be wrong.

My guess is that Sian will stay as the second female presenter of the Six and when she goes on maternity leave Jane Hill will get the post.
I also think that Dermot is likely to remain second male presenter.

Not sure which newspaper you read, but Sophie is down to do 4 days and will have either Monday or Friday off.

Agree with that - also the weekends i would imagine will be different each week. For example, this weekend Simon McCoy is on Sat, Matthew Amroliwala is on Sun and Jane Hill on Mon.

So i would imagine it will be these three plus Moira Stuart, Fiona Bruce (occasional Sunday evenings only) and probably most often Darren Jordon.
