I don’t recall a regional programme that has gone through so many lead anchors. Laurie Mayer, Bev & Giles, Bev & Geoff, Rob & Polly and now Rob & Natalie. The only constant is the ever superb John Young!

ITV News West Country... phew!
Steve Scott & Lisa Aziz (2009)
Steve Scott with Ellie Barker or Claire Manning (2009)
Steve Scott & Vanessa Cuddeford (2010)
Ian Axton & Vanessa Cuddeford (2010-2012)
Ian Axton & Cordelia Lynch (2012-2013)
Ian Axton & Kylie Pentelow (2013-2017)
Mark Longhurst & Kylie Pentelow (2017)
Jonty Messer & Kylie Pentelow (2017-2019, 2020-)
Jonty Messer & Eli-Louise Wringe (2019-2020)

Kylie is returning to Brizzle in 2020?

When her "secondment" to Cardiff began, I wasn't sure if we'd actually lost her forever.

To give Kylie Pentelow credit, the single headed format of Wales at Six suits her delivery a lot better than as a co-presenter in Bristol. It'll be a shame when Andrea Byrne returns to be honest.

If anything Kylie should be offered pres duties on ITV News London which is largely being supported by two freelancers currently with Charlene White on maternity leave and Lucrezia Millarini largely training for Dancing on Ice.

Neither are freelancers.

Since when? I thought Duncan still does BBC World News shifts in addition to covering ITV News shifts?

I don't think SET even has a permanent in-house weather presenter? They either seem to hire John Hammond and Sara Thornton from Weather Trending, relief from London such as Sarah Keith-Lucas or Nina Ridge who is also a school teacher in Kent.

Like Polly Evans, Rachel Mackley went off, came back and then went again.

It was a crying shame they let the marvellous Kaddy Lee-Preston leave!
