ITV London Tonight

Does anyone know who presented this evening's London Tonight? Thanks.

Heather McCarthy (what was her shift on the NC, by the way?).



Anna Maria Ashe and Jonathan Wills have both frequently appeared in Bad Girls as well, in previous series.

Heather's doing the 4pm-midnight shift on the NC today (same as yesterday).

Joyce Ohajah dojng the main buliten today, along woth Alastair Stewart.

I much prefer Joyce to Katie, a much better presenter on the sofa.

The other day it was Joyce and Jonathon. The only thing that annoyes me about Joyce is that she seems to not know what shes saying at times. e.g. - "E-mail us at Londontonight@itv.com, thats Londontonight@itv.com" Jonathon "its itvlondon.com"

Even thought its a bit daft being @itvlondon.com when other regions can do the much simpler 'granada.reports@itv.com'

I do also prefer Jonathon to Alastair (Enjoys a good drink and a nice relaxing drive) Stewart. I think he fits better with the programme. Alastair was OK behind the old desk but now..........No thankyou.

I notice that Rachel McTavish of the Morning News (as opposed to the announcer) is voicing the London weather during This Morning.

Yes, I noticed that the other day.

I suppose when the weather came from LNN it was easiest to get the announcer to voice it, but now they're at ITN it's been added to the long list of duties for the overnight presenter shift.

Who was the woman who presented London Today at 12.50pm today? As I say I couldn't recognise her at all, as they always use someone from the NC, but I've never seen her on the NC.

Liz Wickham. She's normally a reporter.

Classic Keir Simmonds tonight. Some exam papers were stolen last weekend in Croydon and are apparently now being re-written.

But that's not enough for Keir! According to him - thousands of children across the country probably have photocopies as we speak! Well, if they didn't before - they certainly will now.

Keep up the good work Keir - it's great entertainment.

Why does www.itvlondon.com take you to the ITN homepage? Surely if they're giving that out as the e-mail address (I assume they are - never watch the piece of Daily Mail-esque crap myself) then the same address should at least link to a London news page?

Liz Wickham got a bit confused at the end of London Today just now:
