Nick Ferrari was Sky News' first editor when it launched in 1989. And his boss was Andrew Neil.
Nick Ferrari springs to mind as someone who could join this channel as one of the opinion presenters. He was one of the panelists on The Pledge where he was allowed that gig in addition to his main job on LBC.
Nigel Farage already mentioned could do a phone-in, which he's more than capable of presenting and took calls from pro Europeans on LBC which would provide balance.
I wouldn't be surprised if Richard Tice is offered a slot with another opinion show, same for the Brexit Party's Alexandra Phillips who is also media savvy. (RT has former politicians including George Galloway, Alex Salmond and Tasmina Ahmed-Sheikh).
Obviously it's early days yet, but they could go down the Sky News Australia route, impartial by day with a skew towards the right-wing with the opinion shows on in the evening during prime time.
