But that wasn't what I meant. I wanted to know why they were all women, and there were no young men!


Llewella Bailey is no way 52. More like early/ mid forties. Even if Llew is taking up the new Lunchtime bulletins, she has still been demoted in favour of bad-speaking Joanne Malin, even Bob cringes at her jokes and comments sometimes.

Central has finally switched to the live camera for Central News at Six, instead of the pre-recorded dark scene last night:

I think the main problem with the backdrop, is that the seat backs are too high compared with London Tonight, and the seats must be lower therefore, you dont see further up, as in that shot of Llew, you dont see any sky, and all you see is the dark buildings. The backdrop looks nice in the summer though!

I think the camera looking down is the problem. If it was more straight on the view would be better,

there is a hyatt logo on the side of the hotel which iirc would be in shot if the camera were to be tilted up. and the point of putting the camera on top of central court, gas st is to get the lovely view of gas st basin with the narrow boats and trees etc. pointing the camera at the sky would be dull, especially on days when the clouds are just grey.

This from a person who orginally set it was dull, but you can't agree with me can you!
