Llewella Bailey was presenting Central West at lunchtime, though after previewing this evening’s programme, announced Bob and Arati would present it. To me she doesn’t look very well…

Ive just watched Central News at 3, and noticed twice that the backdrop flickered with heavy snow one second to light snow. Looks like that wasnt live!

Bit of WM news now.

Both Franksy & Goldie have been off ill over the last few days.

I think Franksy was back today, but I was listening via Walsall Manor hospital's radio system(visiting sister in law), & I couldn't tell for sure.

(All I could find was Walsall Hospital Radio, Talk Sport & WM. I'm surprised Heart FM wasn't on there, considering their connections with Tushar (RIP) !)

It will be interesting to see if Goldie returns tomorrow(Friday) & if not, will he appear on TV on Sunday?

(How come he never seems to take a break from the TV, even though he takes time off from WM? Even when his bird had the baby, during the middle of the week, about 18 months ago, he was back on the telly by the weekend.

Who is supposed to deputise for Goldie ?)

a toe curling end to tonights MT as a little girl and her mom came into the studio to recite sickly poetry ... nick presented her with a bar of cadbury dairy milk wrapped up (to hide the logo).

God what's up with Central News lately! The bulletin opt from GMT V revealed a sofa with no presenter! Gorgeous hearing the original GMTV music on the breakdown caption though!

Mon 7th and still no sign of Joanne Malin. She usually takes about 2 weeks off doesnt she, but this is now the 4th, and Llew was off yet again today...

somethings definately up. is this the 3rd week of arati, or does it just feel like it is. llew was on central newsweek (recorded on friday) and lunchtime on friday. its as if they're deliberately giving her 2nd rate shifts. i wonder why she hasnt tried to move back to east if west are being funny.

ITV Central PDF Strangely, this recent PDF metions Llew, Joanne and Arti as the main front line presenters, without a mention on Bob. I was beginning to think llew was downgraded to daytime shifts, because of her children and that, but shes making about 1 appearence a week now, and surely ITV dont want a top presenter coming in for 2 bulletins a day, once a week, and Im sure Llew would go completley if she didnt want to present.

Joanne also hasnt done any reports for ages aswell. I emailed Central about llew, but as guessed no reply.
