I was gutted when Bob and Jo came on!

He took the family out for a meal last night, & he's got a dodgy tummy 'cos of it !

(Looks like I could be right about his rear end !!!)

As far as I know, he didn't name the establishment concerned, but he was gonna tell Doolan about it !!

Rumour has it, according to UK Radio Forum, that Ian Perry, he of Beacon WABC pre 1997, & lately of Telford FM (I gather, can't pick it up!), is joining BBC Radio Shropshire to present their early show (5am to 6am) soon.

Hope this is true, because if this works out, it might be an idea for BBC management there to drop the Frances Finn show & bring back Ian to his beloved 'under the duvet culture lovers' & create their own weeknight late show. (They already do a weekend late show there anyway)

I watched BBC East Midlands Today last week and thought that Anne Davies and Dominic Heale have an excellent chemistry. They're the new Richard and Judy.

the view of gas st studios is now complimented by a "TO LET" sign - they're letting out the whole of the first floor and 70 car parking spaces. to think - central west and central east squeezed into 2/3 of central west's space

who says telly is dumbing down - nick and suzzanne ended tonight’s mt eating fish and chips with their fingers and speaking with their mouths full - kay would never do that had to laugh at the way simon was shoved out into the newsroom to do his weather - i bet he’s partial to the odd chip or 3. joking aside, simon is one of the best parts of the programme at the moment, i demand he stays!

oh and i wonder how long it'll be before jonathon ray presents MT - so far hes only done the odd report for MT and politics show i bet he'd be great on wm, get rid of the bloke with the scouse accent or adrian goldberg!

Unlikely unless he switches jobs again. He appears to be a political correspondent on EMT now, along with John Hess. He'll have appeared on MT covering reports in Leicestershire, which are occasionally shown on MT as well as EMT. I remember seeing the same report on both programmes a few weeks back, as I happened to be in Nottingham at lunchtime and back at home watching MT in the evening.

Obviously he'll have been seen on the Politics Show across the whole Midlands because there is only one version of the show.

Passed the MT satellite truck in Lichfield today... was my home town on MT tonight does anyone know?
