Central East has been doing that for a few months now, sometime in the spring I think. Don't know about CNW though?
Same with CNW, around a couple of months.

Good question about Jo-- and indeed Llewella. From what I gather, ITV is hoping to shed staff on the old-style Carlton contracts over the next few months (which are big-money AIUI). Maybe that explains Llewella's departure-- and may be Jo's?
They won't get rid of Jo, She is why we watch Central Tonight

She's the reason why I don't watch Central Tonight. In the 19 months we've been with CNW she hasn't stood out to me as a good presenter at all.
I understand you lot would probably think differently because she's been with you for a lot longer. But I don't think it woluld be much a loss personally.

She has a very good charisma with Bob, and Like Llewella, She can't go.

Until very recently, I lived in CNW land all my life, and I'm fairly non-plussed either way by Jo.
Bob Warman's been there forever-and-a-day, but had a number of different female co-presenters come and go over the years. My strongest memories of CNW are when Michelle Newman was Bob's co-presenter.
Jo's really only "the latest in a long line" in a way, so if she were to depart at any point, I don't see it as such a great loss. I don't think she's rubbish or anything, but she's not especially magnificent either. I'm indifferent to her as a presenter. She just "happens to be there", for me.

Seeing things have been a little quiet lately, here's some WM happenings !
Doolan has been away for the last week & half, being covered by Charlie Jordan & for the last 2 days by Andrew Peach, which puzzles me as I thought he was BBC Berks brekky guy? Doolan returns tomorrow (Wednesday).
Talking of brekky, Flupton was off last week, on his bike ride to France, being subbed by Dicky Wilford. (If you watched Monday's MT, Flupton had done a video diary for editing into a report!)
Onto afternoons, & Les is off for a few weeks, probably with his rail rover, so for the next few weeks, the show is subbed with Trish AdontDont &, according to the lady herself, Mollie at some point.
Daz Hale is off currently & Jimmy Franks is sitting in on the evenings(dunno about Saturday brekky!)
The text has been down for the past week & came back for Franksy's show today. Even yours truly got a text read too!
Let's see if it works tomorrow(assuming I'm awake) for Mollie's show, as there's been some classic comments from her this week, that would've got some texts into her, had the damm thing been working!
She was considering looking into self hypnosis this morning
after the story of someone having an operation without anathestic!
Oh & tonight's MT was Suzanne with Ashley. Obviously scraping the barrel IMO. Why not Mr Collie?
Anyone spot the ABBA thing?

What's wrong with Ashley?
Well, he seems unable to read a cue without making at least one mistake. That combined with his wave at the end makes me turn off the late bulletin when he's on. Like right now.

Anyone been down the Wolverhampton City Show this weekend?
Me & the 'sad trekkie' sister went down today & spotted The Wilf & BBC WM & there was more happening at The Wilf than WM, but admittedly this was between 12 & 1230. No Beacon AFAIK apart from entrance posters!
We popped over to the WCR Fm tent & our very own Mr B was tech opping from Newhampton Road studios so he wasn't there & neither was StuB(who sister used to work with!)
