Bit of WM news now.
Monday's Flupton Breakfast Show came live from the Highways Agency premises in Quinton, Birmingham, to partly promote WM's new traffic email newsletter, along with other things.
Mollie 'jealous'
Uncle Ed's back from 'down under', & he came in early just before 6am, to read his emails & say 'GDay' to the Early Show listeners.
Text knackered on Monday during Mollie's show. (Silly cow never said until today! I still can't get through on my new phone either!)
Tomorrow, Flupton says he's gonna cycle all the way from his home in Warwickshire to the Mailbox, do his show, then cycle back, all as a precursor to a cycle trip to Paris early next month!
(What's the betting Mollie might say to us listeners, 'If you spot Flupton on his bike, text in !)

Well, Flupton appeared in his Lycra apparantly, according to Mollie.
The Birmingham newsroom must have done some remensincing, for want of a better word, over the Donald 'Black Panther' Neilson news, as Nick was on the BBC Radio Birmingham reporting team back in the 70's, when the story originally broke.
Groans from yours truly, as he heard The Krankies were on the radio earlier, being interviewed by Jenny Jones, during Les Ross' show.
(Yes this year's Wolvo Grand panto is Peter Pan with Paul 'Just Good Friends' Nicholas as Captain Hook!)
Talking of Wolverhampton, there was another programme change, which didn't affect WM directly.
The Community Magazine now appears to now only go out on WM DAB in
Wolverhampton, plus online presumbly.
Replacing it on WCR FM (The Voice Of Wolverhampton ) is an extra hour of 'StuB's Supergold' !
(Of course, as I've mentioned before, the 'sad trekkie' sister used to work with StuB himself in another life !)
