Confirmed from 7/1/2008:

Flupton WM Breakfast Show starts from 630am, with the Early Show cut back to 5am to 630am.

Apparantly people have been complaining to the new WM manager about the loss of the 'Animal Slot' on the Early Show, so he said to Mollie (so she says), 'Bring it back!'

No one's mentioned the metal detecting slot though!

Tuesday saw Doolan's Xmas show live from the refurbished Brum Town Hill, with the West Midlands great & good appearing. (I missed listening to it though & was unable to 'Listen Again' for technical reasons!)

Tonight's Brum Mail had part of the Xmas radio listings in!

Quick plug for a 'Late Show' special on Xmas Day 10pm till 1am on Wm & Coventry & Warwickshire.

Tom Manners brings you the Christmas No1's from 1952 to 1999.

Danny Scouser is 9 till 1 tomorrow instead of 10 till 1 ! (Actually he was 9 till 12 !)

Dicky Wilford & Les Ross cover for Flupton on Brekky next week, with Lee Stone(last heard on WM a few years back!), covering for Les.

Chinnie covers Drive for Franksy.

Keith Middleton pops up for the Thursday Late Show.

Mike Rimmer covers Jimmy Franks next Saturday, as well as Xmas Day early brekky. (Uncle Ed & 'Santa' (probably one of his 'mates' from the local Rotary!) talking to the kiddies 8 till 11am on Xmas Day as usual!)

Really?! He was brilliant! when and why? I have looked over the pages and i cant see it. Could you point out the page?

It was in October sometime IIRC. The posts were removed because Asa was informed by the judge presiding at the time that no comment could be made about it by the media until the end of the trial.

Yes. Not sure what sort of trial though it wasn't mentioned.
