It's like the Mary Celeste with the drinks barely sipped from.

Not a good night for local news watchers in the East Midlands then . On BBC the EMT special day show was a pretty weak affair even if we did get an inside glimpse of Anne Davies's house.<wow>

Least we had a half a programme in the end, Steve admitting that he probably needed "a stiff drink" after the programme, bless. They just did the lead stories and left out the sport-- la Jesson also appeared at the end as normal. Any goss on what went wrong anyone Smile

Many thanks for that. Anne Davies's house eh? The headquarters of the legendary Titfer Club (PM me for more alleged details Laughing ). Sadly I missed that as I was busy watching another high-quality BBC region magazine programme off Belmont...

They always have a pic of the titles on the computers in the newsroom. Its usualy a screensaver which was recreated by the graphics team.

Regarding the new look, as far as I know, a new look is imminent, however I belive this is only on screen graphics such as astons. Not titles. However maybe someone else more in the know could expand on this. TVM?

It wouldnt be in a graphic software package not in the newsroom anyway. All the graphics are done in the area next to the gallery. It might have been in the VT Editing software though.

Here is a cap from last nights bulletin.
Apologies about the quality. I can't seem to make out what it is though, it looks like someones background.

one is becoming increasingly confused with west midlands central tonight- is joanne malin the main presenter or not?

tonight saw anna brees presenting- very good she is to, but having joanne malin on as a GUEST to introduce her story about her charity trek to the grand canyon. why was she just a guest and not presenting- it doesnt make sense to have anna brees presenting and joanne mailin in the studios as a guest, why not just do the whole programme,

someone please explain the logic
