Anyway, said Steve Urquhart was the producer on Danny's show, as he was back today.(One joke yesterday was that he'd gone down to Devon to pick up some spoils!)

i see midlands today dug out the steadicam today for the young lad playing the violin in the newsroom/politics show set at the end of tonight's programme. looked very nice, be nice to see it used more.

According to a couple of websites, UKONAIR & Radio Today.com, Les Ross will be moving to the Danny Kelly WM Lunchtime slot, while Kelly goes to the Late Show slot currently occupied by Jimmy Franks.
Is Jimmy having trouble keeping his WM life & other activities separate?
What's the betting the Keith Middleton 'fan club' will bang on about their 'hero' being overlooked yet again for either slot?
Will yours truly swop his alliegence from Mollie to the Scouser? (Only if Mollie moves & the replacement presenter is crap!)
I know my soon to retire boss won't listen to either Ross or Kelly 'cos he can't stand them!
Who will take over Saturday brekky & Sunday mornings then?
(I bet I get a PM from a certain person on these!)
Edit : Just noticed on Goldie's site, The Stirrer one, that Danny's also doing Sunday breakfast, while Jimbo's doing Saturday breakfast.
According to 'The Stirrer', Les is moving because he was now able to make himself available full time, rather than part time after the ill fated Saga move!

Am I the only one that waves the Central News flag? Bob Warman holds much more weight than Nick *look at co-presenter when name mentioned and grin like a banchy* Owen and his giggling co-presenter?
I love Jo Malin's crapness and the fact that she can't read a sentence without fluffing the lines. Their sport presenters kick the ass of Midlands Today's (which isn't difficult lets face it) and just more natural banter.
That's my two penneth for another two years.
