TVM, you can't even get away with the excuse 'It's got salmonella' either Laughing

Anyway, poor Chinnie having to fill for about 5 mins at 1205 today, while the server transmitting Doolan's Other Side Of Someone I've Never Heard Of was rebooted & trying to find a record to play at the same time too!

Poor sod!

I notice they kept quiet about using 5 Live for the match commentary until the last minute.

I was hoping for Butler's 'unique' take on the commentary as well.

Nice to see our licence fee being used in such an 'unique' way as well.

I wonder what 'comments' Keith Beech will get on the next 'inquest' phone in he does ?

haha, well i think feeding salmonella to some forumers would be a good idea Very Happy

was out of wm-land for the day, so have no idea what went on - but as i think i said earlier on, i think wm's coverage from the world cup has been fantastic. when the mail first scoffed at the fact they were sending butler over i did wonder if it'd be a white elephant ... but from the bits ive heard its been worth every penny. really has given a local context to the events in germany and is something i don't think brmb are/could replicate.

The Seamus kid is my current Ryan Pannell.

Now to make the post worthwhile: I do not watch Midlands Today, nor do I have any particular interest in the Midlands (sorry midlanders), but I do rather enjoy reading this thread. So there.
