Anyone hear Mollie Green's 'confession' on Friday morning?

i shan't repeat it, in case I misheard it, but if I heard it right, naughty girl!

whilst we're on the subject of wm, has anyone else heard brmb's cheeky trailer for the football? i doubt you have westy ... i know you're more a beacon man Laughing ... it refers to wm as "the boring broadcasting corporation"

mind you, what goes around, i hear that during one of the big brum breakfast phone taps on brmb recently, a caller, being wound up about something or other, told eliot (pretending to be from the council or an insurance company no doubt), that she would be getting in touch with doolan on radio wm, cos he sorts everything out Laughing

Well i hope you never veiwed that coment as being rude or implying that you never new that, i was just pointing it out to any one who still thinks that they are local rivals still. I personly feel it ads more to the disscusion then simply "and?".

the reason i mentioned the fact westy was more likely to be a beacon listoner is that hes in the black country. this is a fruitless argument anyway, as i'm sure mr westy had his dial FIRMLY placed on 95.6 at the time, with his ear glued to mr golderg Very Happy

Sorry to disappoint TVM but for the record, I'm normally out of the house just after 7, & I can't be arsed fiddling with the Walkman on the bus either, plus I haven't listened to Beacon for ages either, apart from just before Xmas, when our office had 'invaders' briefly, who brought a radio over tuned into Beacon with them. (I must admit the music wasn't too bad during the daytime personally, but one of the 'invaders' said he prefered Radio 2 himself, & he's one of these goth types! Rolling Eyes )

Texted Mollie to say 'So you haven't been nicked then!', refering to her forgeting to renew her car insurance for 5 months, & still driving it ! Rolling Eyes

'Morning Westy, my chickadee!'

She's never right, is she?
