I expect they were referring to the changes made from yesterday, with less clutter on the shelves, etc.

Barney Jones talked about the tweaks to the set on Friday's Newswatch.

Yes there was a lot less cluttetr and if I'm not mistaken the bizzarely pointless audience seemed to have vanished. The lighting was *VASTLY* better as was the colour on the screen which I think was the mian problem with the set. Last week the lighting was dreadful.

1. Prominent Greg Dyke book on the bookshelf again. Very Happy
2. Hopeless relooping of the video backdrop (suddenly in the middle of the Jackson interview - It appeared as if the sun suddenly came out. Very Happy

How is the backdrop generated - it looks like a rear projection job to me?

Back Projectors - same as The Politics Show, the BBC One News studio etc.
