You have just said that in your 'I Adore Fiona Bruce Thread'

Yes, we noticed Winnie.

So, who normally presents the weekend news on BBC TV in the UK these days then? Is it still Darren Jordon and Jane Hill? I recall also seeing Matthew Amroliwala a few times in the past too, but can only ever recall seeing Natasha Kaplinsky doing it once. It was around the time of the Beslan School siege, and she came across as incredibly serious and cold.

Bring Moira back..............

Darren Jordon, Jane Hill and Fiona Bruce. Although Peter Sissons was on last Saturday, and Dermot Murnaghan seems to be on more often. Darren is beginning to appear more on weekdays. He has done the Six a few times, and the Ten more often ( he did the Ten last night ). I would like to see him more on the Ten. I think when Anna retires, he will take up the One as main anchor.

Well, what did you expect? Several children died in the Siege. Did you want her jump and and down and smile. If she did, I'm sure you'd be the first person to complain Rolling Eyes

Point taken. It was just that she was very dramatic about her gravity, rather than "natural", if you know what I mean.

Anyway, I don't want to start an argument. It was just an observation.

And........bring Moira back.

Yes not a fan anymore , as you noticed by my last comments, I find her slightly unnatural delivery off putting. Maybe shes nervous??
See if she tries saying ramifications in the next news.
