Returning to the topic in hand, Gentlemen.

What is the future for N6?
BBC News moves to its new home sometime in 2008 but until such time what will the studio's future be....
We have just had some alterations to the set, Mainly a red strip and change of DVD... But in the longer term what other changes could we expect.
I presume there won't be any major rebranding exercise before the 2008 move but would it be totally silly to expect the current studio look to change before the moving vans arrive?
Or is it a case of 15% cuts mean no more alterations....

I wouldnt expect too many moving vans for BBC News. A lot of kit in the new news centre will be brand new.

A mixture of the bed in question and the news 24 countdown, add's more pace to the headlines I think..

This is good and what the headline bed needs but now the titles sound out of place and incredibly slow (and it would just look stupid if they had the globe spinning out of control titles to 'speed it up' instead)

Yes great mix but the titles would then sounds dull and boring... it would be good if you could make a beat for it.. then put the countdown your bed and opening titles together Smile

Something like this? Countdown Headlines Titles

Although I intended it to be national's titles it does work with the countdown preceeding it.

I addressed your point with "erm, no, not really", because frankly I didn't think your point was particularly intelligent. In my personal opinion, your point wasn't particularly valid at all, and you didn't exactly going out of your way to explain how you drew such a conclusion.

As such, I wasn't deflecting your "valid point" by being insulting; I merely corrected a spelling error. Had I wished to insult you, I would have used a variety of choice adjectives and offensive nouns far more befitting of your personality; I wouldn't have dithered with such an asthmatic attempt as to simply correct your spelling if I'd wished to cause offense.

The fact that you don't particularly like me matters as little to me as to most others on the Forum, but I do wish you'd try and be mature enough to keep it out of the public forums, and/or address your hatred towards me directly through the private messaging system. Why bore others needlessly with your bitterness?

Don't worry, Johnnyboy, I'm not taking it personally. I enjoy his amazingly over-the-top comebacks, which makes him such a star for wind ups. It's amazing, and he just doesn't seem to realise people rile him on purpose these days.
