Just got home. The main terrestrial channels (BBC One-Channel 5) all appear to be continuing with normal programmes at the moment.

ITV News isn't on until 7.15 tonight because of the football. Will there be some sort of bulletin during half time or after the current match has finished.

Look North will be simulcast on BBC News tonight.

The only thing I can see realistically is to dump the short regional bulletin after the match to enable an extended network bully.

Doesn't look like ITV are going to do a news flash.

Did the BBC News logo show during the opening titles, we had the World one on WN.

News channel taking Outside Source with Ros Atkins at the scene. I think the OS branding should have been dropped and the programme branded as a BBC News special.
