It looks like they had video until the other day, now it's just a testcard "BET Test Arquiva Washington" with audio of the channel.

Yes its been audio-only since last night, but the picture was very unclear when you could see it in-vision. The set looks fantastic though!

Apart from the text in the middle of the screen (which was bloody annoying), I thought the picture was actually pretty good. They even had all the American adverts which was interesting viewing.

Looks like it's a test for BET International. Shame we can't get MSNBC over here.
