Good performance from Moira, especially funny by the fact she wasn't afraid to make fun of her losing the job because of her age.

Liked Phil Vowells continuity as well - 'Now on BBC One, have we got a newsreader for you' - obviously linking to Moira only being qualified as a newsreader and not a journalist.

Just a shame that's one of the last times we will see her on air presenting.

Or it could have just been a pun on the title.

Even if she dosent come back to news we will still see her all of the time in documentries and things

Moira was great on HIGNFY. I just watched the repeat, and she had me in stitches at the end, on the special podcast clip.

One could argue that being dumped by the BBC was the best thing to ever happen to Moira. If the reports are to be believed, she will certainly have a much higher profile wherever she goes next.
