Smacks a bit of Big Brother with Davina going into the house after it's finished....

Laughing An 'inside' interview with the last one out and his 'best bits'?

This could become the Chile version of Disney! Pay 30 quid to go down in the pod thing, spend 45 mins in there, and then back up. A small museum nearby with waxworks models of the 33 miners. Maccy Ds open 24 hours with a nice outdoors eating area... ooh and a Nando's!

Great day out!

Quite a lot of ad's on Sky's coverage at the moment which is disappointing but I suppose at least they didn't go to the 'in every 15 minutes' format.

Chile's answer to Bob Dylan now live on BBC News.

When they start the new live music show on BBC 1 I reckon Tim should present it.

Tim's just welcomed viewers from BBC World News and the BBC News channel again - I bet people across the World are going 'Whats the BBC News channel?'

I bet they're not. Its hardly a clue from the Da Vinci Code.

Besides, he specifically said, "and the BBC News channel in the UK".

I was joking! Anyway... are the news channel going to take the BBC News at 10, or put Chris Eakin in Worlds Studio with the World News presenter, or more so what will happen at 9:30pm when N6 goes offline for 10 rehearsals... I wonder if the graphics will have a wobbly?

I don't think theres been any anchoring from London since 5pm. What do the presenters do who are supposed to be/scheduled to be on air, when news like this happens (i.e. all anchoring on location) - do they sit in the studio doing nothing or is the studio left presenterless, does the studio get some maintanance?

They sit in the studio waiting. Kasia Madera was on last night.

Very messy 9:30pm piece there as the News channel has joined Mike Embley and Chris Eakin in BBC world news' studio N8 - the titles froze at the studio opt.

Does anyone know what titles are going out on World, are they using the generic 'BBC News' ones that the news channel uses at the mo?

Nice to see Mike Embley back on the news channel, albeit for a simulcast. World viewers get our Chris too!
