Sky are making a bit of a mess of this - very unlike them. They've had technical problems all night, from desperate filling when they came back from Tony Blair's press conference to constant confusion over who's talking when, and the countdown clock being hilariously wrong and having to be hiked off the screen. It's almost as bad as what you expect from News 24...

Unbelievable - so the ITV News Channel have admitted they're not good enough, or don't have enough money, to cover it themselves. Can you imagine being the presenter that night? "Well we believe a verdict on Michael Jackson is due, let's hand over to someone who knows what they're talking about."

How long's Stanford been out there? I'm fairly sure I saw him there last week.
OTT graphics from Sky? Nah.

I thought that he was back in Santa Maria already?
Interesting that when MSNBC panned the camera around to show the press enclosure you could see both Jayne Secker and Daniela Relph in full journalistic flow.
Sky Sports News have a breaking news strap directing viewers to Sky News.
For whoever it was that asked, Martin Stanford has been there since 2nd June - now he actually has some work to do!!
