I'm sure any journos worth their salt recognise the magnitude of this case, though it's a tough call on when you "move on" if a result doesn't come in the next few minutes.

I was just thinking that. I know they'll accept the unpredictable nature of news, but if I was a journalist that spent a fair bit of the day working on a report for the Ten for it to get shelved for a static shot of the courthouse, I'd be less than impressed.

The Ten will be extended no doubt anyway, there's nothing specific on BBC1 for the rest of the evening
