Why has the BBC News Channel got a 14:9 feed when BBC2 has it in 16:9?
EDIT: Ah, somebody's realised and switched to the widescreen feed.

Apparently it is actually a planned silence in the arena, but the UK broadcasts have broken away from it.

CNN have got a (poor) videophone feed out of the centre as well as the pool feed showing people still taking their seats.

Those talking on BBC Two need to keep their dam microphones still.... it sounds like they are fiddling with it while they are talking... keep it still!

Burley is attrocious.. they should have flown Jeremy T out there but alas what Burley wants, Burley gets (AIUI).
Paul Gambaccini is doing brilliantly on BBC2.
