Nope no need at all, she really worries me though- she looks as anemic as Jackson did, she never looked stick thin when she was on Sky from memory.

How did CNN compare to the main networks - I know for the election they out-rated most of them, if not all of them.

I guess there is a difference between reporting and presenting. If they are going to present from LA - then they may have felt they needed a presenter...

Anyone see Sky News earlier with Kay Burley interviewing Jimmy Osmond? They had to cut away to the studio straight after for news from Iran and Kay's face was a right picture!

ITN have sent Mary Nightingale to Los Angeles to anchor some of the bulletins. It's a very big news story but what good does sending the newscasters to the scene do? It doesn't add anything to the story. Just seems slightly OTT for the BBC, ITV and Sky to have their presenters host from the US when they already each have a plentiful amount of journalists reporting on the story.

Not strictly news-related but has anybody seen an OK! Magazine today? I saw a glimpse of a copy today and on the cover, it looked like Michael unconscious; what state he may have been in, I don't know, but I've checked the OK! site and there's no mention of it.

Potential history in the making as Jackson manages to get twenty songs in the UK Top 75, six in the top 40 alone, and do it in three days flat. Most artists only have about two or three at the most in the top 75 over four or five months.

Could be interesting next week if any of Jacko's re-entries climb up the chart and his other songs make en entrance because there's only been one artist who had seven songs in the Top 40 in the history since the music chart was created in 1952. Kudos to anybody who knows who said artist is - you have heard of him/her/them.

Also in the same vein: The record for most hits in the UK Top 10 by one artist is four. Could Jacko break this as well?
