Am surprised Sky haven't got the SkyCopter out and are following the convoy. I know that there was a no-fly-zone imposed over the village of Rothbury but not over the rest of Northumbria.

Also I don't think Kay is actually at the Sky News Centre cos the sound keeps going odd - as though she's in a tiny box somewhere. As Sky do the news for some radio stations, I'm wondering if she's in a local radio newsroom somewhere.

How did Juliet Dunlop introduce the TOTH on BBC News 24 then? Did she mention something about CBS / TBS??

I bet Kay Burley is a horrible vindictive person to work with. Imagine the newsroom when her sharp face turns up at the desk.

She did, something like "This is BBC News in the UK, America on PBS and across the globe" (titles).

I really don't think we need a recap at 2.10 in the morning but.. hey, let Burley get her money's worth. Rolling Eyes Plus most of Sky's equipment is soaked.

Seems she's going to keep going until she's satisfied.

Andrew Rothbury needs a new mic...

They need to stop playing the sound of the gunshot and amubulance shots on Sky News because, remember, Raoul did have a family and it's gonna be upsetting for them to keep hearing it.

I imagine they heard this at the same time we did - as they're probably watching Sky or the BBC.

Apparently he's on his way to Newcastle General (PA) and will be treated unless he is pronounced life extinct (PA).

Also think the subtitler on Sky News has given up the will to live! They've buggered off. Good old IMS!
