Being a company of course does mean though that there are less restrictions on what they do with the money and they are less accountable. The accounts will have to to be lodgd at Companies House though.
Interestingly one of the finds aims is to 'bring her abductors to justice'.... I wonder what would happen to all the donations if it the parents become suspects and it was needed as a defence fund for the family. Would people be able to get their money back?

It's almost as if they have someone in PR advising them, as whenever a negative story starts appearing into UK reports they manage to find something to (hopefully) shift the media attention away from it. Maybe I'm being a bit cynical.
