Good to see BBC East opting out of BBC One tonight, "The Look East Years" was shown at 7.30 this evening. This four part series (presented by Stuart White) takes a look back at the programme and the stories covered over the past 40 years, with tonight's episode on the '60s.
No mention of it though on the BBC listings site, Sky Digi guide etc

I recorded this on my PVR and haven't seen it yet, but from the report on BBC Radio Suffolk this morning and Look East this evening it sounds interesting.
Freeview still showed "Trauma" on the EPG, although my local newspaper and Digiguide did correctly show "The Look East Years".
It was also interesting to see that someone from my village got an ASBO and a public naming and shaming by our local council today, and this was the lead story on Look East.
Any reason why Look East is from Cambridge instead of Norwich during the Ten this evening, or is it just my DTT transmitter (Sudbury) getting the wrong feed?

Hmm - not sure that a DTT feed from Cambridge to Sudbury exists - though I may be wrong.
It could be there were issues in Norwich which meant that the Cambridge studio provided a pan-regional (rather than Sandy Heath only) service?
If anyone who watches analogue Sudbury or Tacolnestone, or digital Tacolnestone, can confirm what they saw that would help clarify.
Both analogue and digital broadcast from the Cambridge studio on the Sudbury transmitter. I can't speak for any other transmitters or digital satellite, but the weather at the end focused only on the west sub-opt side of the region, ignoring the area covered by Sudbury and Talcolneston, and there was no apology or mention of technical problems.
I have it on authority from a close source (my dad) that Look East Norwich was abandoned tonight because of a fire evacuation. Anyone see that?
Yes, Carol Bundock was presenting and halfway through a voiceover the fire alarms went off she carried on for the next story, her voice clearly confused/wondering whether to carry on. After the report she came back & just said something along the lines of 'at this point we have to return you to London' - which we joined mid-report...maybe Susie or Stewart will mention something tonight?
That's not the only time that a fire alarm has gone off during Look East since the move to The Forum in Norwich. I remember last year or the year before watching one of the bulletins during Breakfast when Jo Kent (who is now working on the BBC's South Today news programme ASFAIK), was presenting and the fire alarm went off.
She just carried on regardless with the bulletin, and managed to make herself heard above the loud alarm.
