Bit of personal news. After 8 months covering politics in the north I’m returning to ITV News London as a reporter. It was a great experience reporting first hand on a new Prime Minister, Brexit and a momentous election result... but rejoining London feels like coming home.

A shame he isn't returning to present weather bulletins, but I've got used to Sally now.

GMB presenter Faye Barker and weather presenter Sally Williams latest to announce they are in self isolation.

BBC London & South East didn't air on BBC One on DTT this lunchtime - we got sport from the NC instead

No headline inserts either - sport from Salford for both. Presume a technical issue at Tunbridge Wells.

Checking on iPlayer and it managed to get to air in the South East, it’s just the London area which has been left with the News Channel.

The bulletin carried on as if London was watching.

Very odd.

Presumably TW were able to opt-out on their own transmitters, but something wasn't right either at BH or Red Bee getting the feed from TW.

I don't think Red Bee would have anything to do with it.

Either the non-originating region was not able to take the originating gallery's output and opt-out with it in their region, or a reroute in Coding and Mux didn't happen? Those are the two routes I could imagine being used - and I'd have expected the former not the latter?
