There have been 3 incidents at Oval, Shepherd's Bush and Warren Street underground stations. No casualties have been reported at this moment, and there are reports of people seeing smoke from the train and a person with a rucksack. Sources have indicated that gunshots may have been heard on the platform at Warren Street station. The large cordon has been widened and there is a large police presence. One nailbomb has exploded at Warren Street station.

Here's some images from the news channels: -

Was watching Puffin's Pla(i)ce on Channel TV, and they had to cut away from recorded coverage of the launch of the new Harry Potter book in Jersey. Kevin said something along the lines of "I'm sorry we have to leave that there, because we're now rejoining our colleagues at ITN in London for some breaking news".

Fox News taking Sky News coverage as they did on 7/7- but this time you can see the clock!

Did anyone else hear Sky News claim the tube had gone to amber alert (all trains to next stop and empty) - they haven't only three lines are closed, surely this is something any broadcaster would check and double check before reporting?

Sky News are being totally irrisponsible. THe reports they're now claiming as fact (nail bomb, gunshots etc) are pure speculation, and at the moment, appear to be untrue.

Listen to 5 Live for proper coverage, and not unconfirmed crap.
