I really don't see much future for the ITV News Channel at this rate. Off air on Freeview in my region for the best part of half a year then returns still in 4:3 format with prerecorded bulletins!

That and the rigidity with which they stick to scheduled ad breaks...

The CBS evening news, which is currently on Sky News had a tiny piece with pictures.

Don't know about the channels, but I doubt it. There is nothing on the CNN, Fox News or ABC News websites

Fox News were running with it earlier including showing an item from Sky News which seemed to have all the colour washed out of it

CNN mentioned it at the start of a CNN US "ask the reporters" type programme, which featured Richard Quest and Christianne Amanpour live at King's Cross being interupted by a slightly worse for wear fellow going on about Iraq.

Sky have definately had the best coverage tonight, Hazel Westwood is still doing live updates. ITV have been, as discussed, pathetic, and the BBC must be suffering from having their staff evacuated. Normally they would have huge resources for a regional story, but all they seem to have is some grainy images and a reporter on the phone.
