Also does anyone know if ITV Regional News is going out tonight? I know 6pm wouldn't be likely tonight, but there's usually a few minutes if there's a big News event.

No half hour regional news or later in the 10.30pm news.
I know it's a big, big story but they really should have had a 5 minute summary for the regions-after all the BBC are.
Speaks volumes about ITV's attitude to the regions!

Unlikely. It's tucked further into the building. News 24 is quite near the front. This is assuming that the suspect package was found outside, which it most almost certainly would have been.
