From the coverage last week the reaction in the States seemed to be considered more important than the views of the Scots.
Well, considering that most of the victims were American and that Pan Am was a US airline, the reaction in the States is certainly newsworthy.

sad to see, that on the face of it (well, according to the sky epg) border scotland aren't planning to do anything - not even just taking stv's programme.
Can't recall the News Channel having to jump into the multi-use set (6, Newsnight, Newsround etc) They've opted out of simulcasting the One in favour of their own coverage. Jane Hill presenting alone.
