A two hour special on something more predictable than a Zimbabwean Election. The fallout should be quite messy though.

And the Tories are loving every minute of Labour ripping itself to shreds and becoming more of an irrelevant left wing protest group, rather than anything even resembling a viable party of opposition. What an utterly pathetic shambles!

Careful, the Corbynistas are all over the place online, and they are fanatical.

They sure are and I as a former labour supporter and candidate can't even criticise the party without coming under attack and being bullied.

Back to topic though is it just BBC and Sky doing this; nothing on ITV? There again it is so predictable it is probably a waste of extra resources for something not many people will watch.

Why would there be anything on ITV? Announcing the new leader of the opposition isn't that big a deal to clear the decks.

It hasn't even displaced Saturday Kitchen off BBC1

And new political leaders seem to be ten a penny nowadays, even though this will be very much the Labour party membership overwhelmingly backing the leader they overwhelmingly elected last year, whether the political party like it or not.

With a large red on white caption that says "Choose Labour's next Prime Minister" they really are a bunch of deluded left-wing muppets living in cloud cuckoo land. The Labour Party has rendered itself totally irrelevent. I'd say the same if Corbyn lost this contest. The Tories are guaranteed to win the next General Election with a potential landslide victory while Corbyn remains Labour leader.

So why haven't the political related posts been deleted from this thread? People were asked to be non Political and certain posters ignored that.
