But laughing IS what you need to do.
You need a good sense of humour to get throught it the first time and an EXCELLENT sense of humour the second time around.

This thread is about the TV coverage of the announcement of this (sad) news and how it led many of the news bulletins globally yesterday, not for any other purpose. I think the thread has now run its course, itsrobert, can you now please lock it?
basically the news is all around the corner, even US/Canada.
btw, "i believe in you" didn't reach #1 but managed to stay inside top 5 for at least 3-4 weeks. not considered as #1 but any singles can be considered a big seller if it managed to stay inside top5 for 2 weeks+.
I think that your personal points of view about her and her music should go to the lounge where personal points of view about a singer and the illnes she may be suffering are more appropiate.This topic has now become tasteless and pointless IMO.
