Komla Dumor, BBC World TV presenter has died.

Original Post: Reports on Twitter that Komla Dumor has died. If true, Rest in Peace. So much potential.

Good lord, this is such a shock. Always found him to be on the ball and such a talented reporter and presenter. RIP.

Shocking if it's true, although the only sources for this so far appear to be an article from a website I've never heard of that's down so is inaccessible anyway and Twitter, which isn't the most reliable site.

Charlene White, ITN, tweeted saying a few of his colleagues had already tweeted messages of condolence.

Herbert Mensah from Joy FM has supposedly confirmed, but nothing official seems to have been released yet.

I've only had the opportunity to watch Komla live presenting on BBC News during one of the strike periods. Loved his delivery and always felt he should have been used on the domestic channel in addition to World.

My condolences to his family.

His last tweet was just 20 hours ago, so it really is sudden, and sad, news (if true).
