Interesting to see that Wales has FOUR political correspondants covering the conference - compared to only one being shared between Scottish and Grampian!

Maybe politics is being taken too seriously in Wales?

Well Lee and Nick are the political correspondents, Matt Dicks is a Political Reporter on ITV Wales News and Waterfront, and Gareth Hughes is a commentator

Even so, Jez, it does seem a bit OTT to send FOUR people to cover the Tory Conference in Bournemouth! Where other regions only sent one person!

Im sure I just spotted ITV Wales News reporter Victoria Pearce appearing in her wedding dress on On The Edge - which was also the last in the current series!

Followed by a brand new series of The Pop Factory replacement 'The Guest List' - not sure if the replacement is as good as The Pop Factory!

It's a standard brochure given out at all three party conferences - I got my copy at the Lib Dems a fortnight ago.

[I was working at both the Lib Dem and Labour conferences]

I don't imagine that all the correspondents pictured went to all three conferences.

My arm did appear in one of Bob Constantine's reports on ITV West, though...

Victoria is a VERY good reporter IMO, she has worked for HTV for AGES, but its a shame she seems to be freelance and only turn up at the weekends.

Oh I missed the replacement for the pop factory - if Steve Jones wasnt in it it was *bound* to be not as good! Laughing

Juliet Piper and Steve Taylor presented this evening's main bulletin, with Richard Morgan reporting LIVE from Granada Land (Manchester) about tommorow's Wales / England clash. As Lucy wasnt on today I wonder if she is heading up to London for more presenting on ITV News/London Tonight, this weekend? Also noticed there was no 3pm bulletin today due to an extra ITV News bulletin.
