ITV Regional News - unaffected by strike?

Is Friday and Saturday's regional news unaffected by this weekends strike then.

I know the national news is as it's made by ITN - but the regional programmes are still made by ITV in most cases (except London, Scotland, UTV).

Are the news crews members of different unions?

I think some regions are being affected between 12pm-2pm only, which presumably will mean London Today in those areas at lunchtime.

And OFCOM were worrying about Central recording bulletins.......
