Angus Walker is simply relocating to Sweden - the tweet you keep obsessing over was nothing but a throwaway jest. He quite clearly was not sacked, and the sooner you stop trying to come up with explanations for his apparent dismissal, the better.

Exactly - people forget the people on screen have a family off screen which they have to think about.

I wonder if we will see Lucy Meacock presenting the national news again; it has been a while since she last did it?

She had a gap of at least a couple of years between national appearances at one point

I thought it was years since she last was on and was at least during the yellow look.

Turns out according to this Youtube video that she has presented during the current look and it was only last June.


So I'd say once Summer hits and holidays start then she might be back on our screens again.

Joel Hills on tonight's NaT. Is this his first on screen appearance? He's energetic and lively isn't he???

He appeared on last Wednesday's News at Ten - this is his second appearance. Seems to be a decent reporter from what I've seen.

I Believe that he was also on last Thursday's News at Ten also.
