Was probably because they are from a different recording. The normal ones would have been done in one go and chopped up, the non main presenters would be an email to the artist to ask for a record and she'd fire it over asap.


Are you sure it's an email? Are you sure the requests aren't delivered by Carrier Pigeon? Do you actually know what ITV do when they need another voiceover done, or are you just making an assumption?


I'm sure I read somewhere it was recorded and then fed down the ADSL line.

You're right. I did mean tomorrow. I knew Tom had presented it all last week as I watched News at Ten all last week. If it isn't tomorrow it must be Tuesday.

You're right. I did mean tomorrow. I knew Tom had presented it all last week as I watched News at Ten all last week. If it isn't tomorrow it must be Tuesday.


It's definitely not tomorrow as it's an English bank holiday tomorrow...

Laura Kuenssberg's debut on News at Ten right now with Alistair.

I know its early days at the moment, but I don't think she's doing a great job. She's reading every story the same way she does her reports with her expressive head gestures and altering tone of voice.

The way she spoke about the 4th body found from the helicopter crash in Scotland was like it was an entertaining And Finally... with very little sincerity in her voice at all.
