DS was my first thought when JDN posted that comment, which I think comes down to "I don't like Charlene White" Constructive.

Shiulie is a freelance. Charlene is an ITN employee.

The same could be said regarding Natasha Kaplinksy, she is freelance and ended up presenting for quite a while.
