Opening sounds like a cross between the 2009 and 2013 theme.

Sorry to reiterate a question, which studio is this in?

The virtual studio at ITN.

So, just the normal one?

With modifications to the physical desks and the virtual set, yes it is the normal one.

The bit which says what type of seat it is (lab safe seat so far, presumably we will get marginal etc as well) is a nice feature, helps you know what result is expected.

Just over two hours into the ITV coverage and I am loving it so far. It is very informative and Tom Bradby has eased into the presenter's role very nicely. He might actually have the best national coverage of Election 2015 for the UK IMO.

It is a pity that I have to get bed soon as I have class in the morning. Enjoy watching it guys wherever you are tonight.

I've been flicking between BBC and Sky tonight. I've turned over occasionally to ITV to see what they're talking about and it just seems to be Nina in her Opinion Room...

Each to their own but I feel a very poor showing from ITN, looks very dated

Once again, ITV using old corporate fonts and new ones mixed together. Looks sloppy.

To us maybe, but to "normal" viewers - doesn't matter one bit.
Brekkie and London Lite gave kudos

Nice backdrop behind Julie's desk.

Any chance of some analysis of the results ITV? Battersea declared ten minutes ago (with a swing to CON in London?! Worth discussion). No analysis, straight to two interviews and now the opinion room. Rubbish.

Couldn't agree with you more. They've really copped out with regard to effort this year. That virtual studio is ridiculous for an Election show. It feels cold, it's not engaging, as you said - little analysis... the lack of authority (Alastair Stewart) is half the reason I find the show so boring... I am absolutely positive it'll be a different story when he takes over at 9.25am! I like Tom Bradby, but anchoring an Election show like this - not good enough.
